How do I register at Tranzigo?
You can register on Tranzigo in the following ways:
- Download the Tranzigo app from the Google Play Store – Android Mobile App or the Apple App Store – iOS Mobile App.
- Alternatively, you can sign up through our website at www.tranzigo.in by registering with your mobile number and verifying via OTP.
- For corporate users, registration can be done by your Admin or Travel HelpDesk through the Corporate Admin Portal.
Do we provide services to individuals or only company employees?
We offer services to both individuals (B2C) and corporate groups (B2B).
The Tranzigo app is designed for personal use, allowing individuals to book a seat or vehicle for themselves or according to their company’s transport arrangements.
Corporates with an account can also book an entire vehicle as a dedicated service.
What services are offered by Tranzigo?
Tranzigo provides the following services:
- Bus services for B2B or B2C employees
- A/C or Non-A/C options
- Bus or Cab services
How can I avail of your service?
- For individual users (B2C), Login to the Tranzigo App, ensure you have sufficient balance in your Tranzigo Wallet, select your from & to Destinations, select your route, choose your preferred seat & confirm the booking.
- For corporate users (B2B), you can book predefined routes, select your seat, confirm your booking, and board the service.

Does Tranzigo operate 7 days a week?
Tranzigo operates Monday to Friday. Request-based services can be arranged on weekends for an additional charge.

Does Tranzigo operate 365 days a year?
Tranzigo operates during weekdays (Mon-Fri) and follows the national holiday calendar.

What are the different types of passes?
We offer several pass types:
- Daily Single Pass – Onward Journey
- Daily Single Pass – Return Journey
- Daily Return Pass
- Weekly Single Pass – Onward Journey
- Weekly Single Pass – Return Journey
- Weekly Return Pass
- Monthly Single Pass – Onward Journey

How much does the service cost per month?
Fares are based on the distance traveled, with average fares starting at INR 120 per single trip.
Note: Fares may change without prior notice.
Can I choose my seat on the bus?
Yes, you can select your seat when booking a Monthly or Weekly Pass. For other passes, seats are assigned automatically and you’ll be informed an hour before departure.
For Monthly & Weekly Pass holders, the selected seat is reserved for the entire duration of the pass.
Do you have monthly ticket options?
Yes, we offer fixed monthly pass options that you can purchase through the booking section of the mobile app. Choose between Monthly Single or Monthly Return Pass as per your preference.
Can I only book a one-way pickup service?
Yes, you can book a Daily Single Pass for a one-way journey.
Monthly & Weekly one-way bookings are also available.
What is the frequency of the bus service?
Service frequency depends on demand and occupancy. We aim to maintain regular services between residential and commercial areas.
You can suggest new routes by filling out the Survey Form on our website at www.tranzigo.in.
Is a monthly cab-share service available?
Yes, we offer this service. Contact us on connect@tranzigo.in to learn more.
Do you offer advance booking?
- Daily Passes can be booked up to 3 days in advance.
- Weekly Passes can be booked up to 90 days in advance.
- Monthly Passes can be booked up to 90 days in advance.

Is it necessary to register to book a bus seat?
Yes, every passenger must have a valid Tranzigo Pass. Passengers without a valid pass will be asked to deboard at the next stop and may incur a fine. Repeated offenses could lead to blacklisting from Tranzigo.
How many tickets can I book in one transaction?
You can only book one pass per transaction. For an additional One extra pass, you have to repeat the entire booking process.
It’s recommended to book for yourself only, as the passes are linked to your registered mobile number.
Bulk bookings for events such as weddings or picnics can also be made via the app. For more details, email us at connect@tranzigo.in.
Is there a phone number to contact for booking?
Currently, we do not provide phone-based booking. All bookings should be made through the Tranzigo Mobile App.
How can I confirm my booking?
Once your pass is booked, your pass will appear in the “My Rides” section of the Tranzigo app. You’ll also receive In-App Notification and an email with the pass details.
Can I book a pass through the website?
Yes, we recommend using the Tranzigo mobile app for booking and managing your passes. You can track your bus location and trip status through the app, which is available for both Android and iOS.
Can I only book a one-way trip for a monthly pass?
Yes, Monthly Single Passes are available for one-way travel, either for onward or return journeys.
Will I receive a refund in case of a bus breakdown?
Yes, you may receive a refund, depending on the location of the breakdown. We recommend staying logged into the Tranzigo app during your journey to receive timely notifications. Do also ensure to Scan your Pass while boarding, unscanned Passes will be considered as Not-boarded and may not be eligible for a refund.
How to cancel the ticket?
Cancel Pass button on the Tranzigo Mobile App, allows you to cancel your Pass.
Can I Cancel My Booking?
We understand that plans can change, so here’s a detailed breakdown of our Cancellation Policy to make the process as clear as possible:
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the trip: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your trip, you will be charged a fee. The fee is 5% of the ticket price or INR 20, whichever is higher.
- Cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour before the trip: If you cancel within this time frame, you will be charged a fee of 25% of the ticket price.
- Cancel within 1 hour before the trip: No refund will be given if you cancel less than 1 hour before the trip.
- For Monthly & Weekly Return Passes:
- Monthly Return Pass:
- If you cancel up to 5 passes, the normal cancellation rules apply.
- If you cancel more than 5 passes, No refund will be given.
- Weekly Return Pass:
- If you cancel up to 1 pass, the normal cancellation rules apply.
- If you cancel more than 1 pass, No refund will be given.
- For Monthly/Weekly Single Passes:

- If you cancel 3 passes, the normal cancellation rules apply.
- If you cancel more than 3 passes, No refund will be given.

- If you cancel 1 pass, the normal cancellation rules apply.

What is the Hop-a-Seat Option?
Hop Seat option gives you the flexibility to switch seats between buses, even across different routes! This feature allows you to enhance your travel experience by easily changing your seat, as long as there is availability on the other bus or route. The Hop-a-Seat feature is most beneficial on routes with multiple frequencies, offering you greater convenience and comfort.
Important Note: Difference in Fares is Non-Refundable, whereas higher fares will be chargeable. Once you have used the Hop Seat feature, your pass cannot be cancelled.
How Can I Change My Trip Timing?
If you need to adjust your travel plans, the Hop Seat feature allows you to change your seat to another bus, provided there are available seats in your preferred bus and route. This change must be made before the trip begins.
We aim to provide a flexible and convenient travel experience, and our cancellation and seat-switching policies are designed to ensure that you have as much control as possible over your journey.
Can fares, policies, and holiday schedules change?
Yes, Fares, policies, and holiday schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Please check for the latest updates before making any travel arrangements.
What if I am not able to access the Tranzigo App?
At Tranzigo, we strive to ensure that our mobile application is accessible to users at all times. However, in the event that you are unable to access the Tranzigo App due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you may reach out to us through the following alternative channels:

Can I pay cash for my ticket?
Cash transactions are NOT permitted on the Tranzigo platform. All passes can only be booked by recharging your Tranzigo Wallet online either through UPI, Net Banking, by Debit / Credit Card(s) and/or other Wallets (PayTM, PayZapp).
What is a Promo Code? And how do I use this?
Promo Code(s) are promotional discount(s) offered from time to time for various services. These codes are company specific or are offered for a promotional activity periodically. Only eligible users are entitled to use the same to avail the offered promotional discounts.
Application of Promo Code can be done at the time of booking your pass before proceeding for the final payment.
